It has come to the attention of The Committee that there are Officers conducting themselves without due care for our manuals.
One recent operational event illustrates the point. In this instance, an order was issued without the proper format or any care for essential coordination. Some details have been redacted to spare embarrassment to the Officer in question.
"Gentlemen, I demand that your Divisions completely cross the ****** borders, completely cross the Belgian borders and completely cross the River *****. I don't care how you do it, that's completely up to you."

Where are the control measures?
What is stopping me bumping into the flanking units?
